We at the restaurant S.Giovanni, follow the Mediterranean diet, mixing with great skill the fresh vegetables of the kitchen garden and the flavours of the sea, a traditional style of cooking but also an eclectic one: pasta, fish, and excellent wines….

Absolutely not to be missed the starters of sea and mountain, the tasty salami and delicate home-cured hams, fresh fish, triumph’s of pasta, vegetables from our own gardens, freshly prepared or under oil in the traditional way…
Also… delicate fior di latte (fresh cheese), piennolo tomatoes with perfumed basil…the secret of our succulent pizza, to be eaten by romantic candlelight or at lunch time in the shadow of our magnificent Pergola…
